1. What products does Danzle sell?

Danzle offers premium-quality apparel and outerwear inspired by pop culture, movies, and modern fashion — designed for comfort, durability, and everyday style.

2. Where are your orders shipped from?

All orders — both domestic (Canada) and international (United States) are shipped directly from our fulfillment center located at:

We ensure that every order is carefully packed and dispatched from our Canadian facility to provide fast, secure, and reliable delivery worldwide.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Processing Time: 1 to 3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 4 to 8 business days after processing
    Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package.

  • Total Time 5 to 11 business days

4. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free standard shipping for all eligible regions. Delivery times remain the same for every available shipping area.

5. How can I track my order?

After your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can use it on the carrier’s website (FedEx, DHL, or local postal partner) for real-time updates.

6. What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your order is delayed or marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Contact the carrier directly for assistance.

  2. If unresolved, email support@danzle.us within 14 days with your order number — we’ll help resolve it promptly.

7. What payment methods does Danzle accept?

We currently accept:

  • Debit Cards: Visa Debit, Mastercard Debit

All transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway.

8. Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Danzle uses SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment processing. We never store your full card details on our servers.

9. What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To qualify:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.

  • Returns must be pre-approved via email before shipping.

10. How will I receive my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Danzle fulfills and ships orders within Canada and the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses at this time.
